Alpine’s Brown Bear has a lofted Queen for the adults, situated above a small living area with room for a couch, ottoman and TV. There are two lofted single beds for the kids on the opposite side of the house. The 28′ long x 8′ wide x 13′ 6″ tall Tiny Home has a 224 square foot footprint with 112 square feet of loft spaces, so it’s basically an apartment you can park almost anywhere.
